Q: Can I pickup or have my order delivered?  At this time we are only shipping orders. Please checkout with an accurate shipping address and valid email/phone number to have your order verified. Unverified orders will be cancelled!

Q: Can I pay for my order in cash? We are only taking payments by venmo/apple pay at this time. Once you checkout you will receive an email/text confirming your order & shipping address. At that time you will pay by venmo or apple pay to secure your order.

Q: How do I know what the shipping cost is? Shipping is a flat $10 fee. Whatever your order total is, we will add $10 for your grand total which will be confirmed by email/text once the order is received.

Q: Can I place a special/custom order? Yes! Please email all special/custom requests to potsandpansdc@gmail.com to discuss further

Q: How do I place a catering order? Please add Catering Request to your cart and checkout with an email/number you regularly check so we can contact you to discuss details further. Our catering menu is available upon request.

Q: Do you make cannabis cakes? Yes! Please email potsandpansdc@gmail.com for our custom cannabis cake menu! (local dmv delivery only)
